Landry Randrianirina, data manager
My name is Landry, and I’m currently working towards a Master’s degree in Management Control. Alongside my studies, I’ve started carving out a path as a Junior Data Analyst. I’ve always been drawn to numbers and problem-solving, so diving into data analysis felt like a natural fit. During my first experience managing a small team, I realized how important good data is for making smart decisions. That’s also what led me to freelance work, where I enjoyed figuring out how to automate tricky Excel tasks-sometimes just for the fun of it.
Since April 2025, I’ve been part of the DayBiz team. My days are mostly spent organizing and updating product data, making sure everything’s in order for the rest of the team. I also create and maintain scripts in Excel to automate the regular data imports we need for our IT system. It’s a mix of routine and problem-solving, which suits me well.
Before joining DayBiz, I worked at Stock Pro as a Data Operator from May 2023 to April 2025. That role taught me a lot about analyzing client data-especially through FTP Dock files-to keep track of stock, availability, and revenue. I also spent a fair amount of time cleaning up datasets to make sure our information was reliable, and I worked closely with sales, development, and customer service to keep everything running smoothly. Automating some of our processes with digital tools was a real game-changer for the platform’s responsiveness.
All these experiences have given me a solid foundation in data management and automation, but more importantly, they’ve shown me the value of teamwork and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
